SCOPE

With an original scope of bringing 3rd party accessories to the HTC offering, Brandpath (through Expansys) has developed a highly successful, profitable ecommerce business for HTC by leveraging their strong brand credentials and market leading smartphone design for a complimentary, brand compliant direct ecommerce experience for new and existing HTC customers.

  • Develop, build and operate the websites within the HTC brand guidelines
  • Provide a range of core range of Consumer Electronics smartphones and accessories, adding value through the sdwelection and ranging of appropriate experience-enhacing 3rd party accessories to the HTC store.
  • Provide global Merchant of Record services including transactional services, order processing and fraud management
  • Provide a comprehensive outbound/inbound warehousing, logistics and fulfilment service using the extensive global network developed by Expansys over the last 15 years
  • Provide a comprehensive customer support service, encompassing telephone, email and social media inbound support

With HTC providing strong brand credentials and significant web traffic linked from their own device landing pages, and Brandpath providing global ecommerce, product range, fulfilment and customer services, the partnership has developed its scope over the last few years to include;

  • Launch of trade in services to provide better value for HTC customers
  • Launch of micro-finance services to provide better choice and convenience for HTC customers
