 This comprehensive assignment covers every aspect of transacting and managing customers online. Tightly integrated with Siebel/Oracle, the platform has successfully delivered a total end-to-end solution.

 PJ Media has been identified by Vodafone Qatar as the model for on-going partner engagement and we have recently been engaged in wider projects that extend the network’s proposition beyond that of a Mobile Operator.

BRANDPATH® E-Commerce

PJ Media deployed our BRANDPATH® E-Commerce platform in its entirety. From Mobile Refill to Retail Store Number Sales, from Kiosks to Telesales the PJ Media systems drive a comprehensive set of cross-channel e-commerce journeys and builds on our standard online store credentials to include B2C Consumer Online and Mobile Sales, B2B/Enterprise Sales, Indirect Online Sales, SIM Provisioning and Advanced Credit facilities.

BRANDPATH® Care

PJ Media provides key aspects of the Vodafone e-care proposition including the formatting, presentation and billing integration for their e-billing solution.

Web Portal

As well as the store, PJ Media provides the platform used to drive the Vodafone Qatar Website in full. This includes a Content Management Systems, Web Publishing System and Merchandising, Marketing and Customer Data Management utility.
