We believe that taking care of our environment should be part of every business’s DNA.

We will always look for ways to reduce our carbon footprint across our global operations, and continue to address in any which way we can the conservation of the global environment.

WE SUPPORT THE SELF-POWERED COMMUTE

Some of our colleagues get to work by foot or bike. Cycling to work is one mode of transportation we strongly encourage. We provide covered facilities for those that want to cycle to work and have “sponsored” cycle purchase program which is our way of celebrating cycling commuters and introducing new riders to this transport option.

WE TRY TO CREATE SUSTAINABLE WORK ENVIRONMENTS

We work hard to create the healthiest, most productive work environments possible for all our colleagues around the world. To do that, we approach buildings as living systems, designing in natural light and clean air, designing out harmful man-made chemicals, and using natural resources more intelligently.

Our approach goes hand-in-hand with our commitment to designing buildings that are sustainable for local and global ecosystems. Within our Headquarters in Marlow we have used materials that come from sustainable manufacturers.

WE WORK TO SOURCE RESPONSIBLE FOOD

We do whatever we can to source food that is produced in the most responsible way possible.

We focus on where the food is produced, how it is grown and the route it takes to get to our door. We work with suppliers who are committed to operating in a sustainable manner and who share the same values as us. We believe this builds a responsible culture across our entire global organisation whilst at the same time provides our colleagues with the healthiest food available today.

Every day, our colleagues enjoy a variety of healthy, flavourful and seasonal food at a subsidised rate. While we don’t have one-size fits all approach across our locations, we strive to build sustainability into each aspect of our food program at our Global Headquarters in Marlow.

We are building partnerships that support responsible business practices. We take time to get to know our suppliers—how they raise, farm, and harvest their food. These suppliers are working to educate aspiring farmers and consumers on responsible farming methods. We also partner with two of PJ Investments: Spoons Cereal, a business that specialises in serving the perfect healthy breakfast every day and also Alf Turner Butchers who produce the highest quality, award winning locally grown meat.

These are just a few examples of what we do at our headquarters in Marlow. We work hard to bring the same responsible sourcing practices in all our offices around the world.

WE TRY TO REDUCE WASTE

With all the effort we put into food procurement, we know that it’s essential we do all we can to reduce waste as well. To that end, we:

EMPLOY DATA-DRIVEN PURCHASING

EMPLOY DATA-DRIVEN PURCHASING

We will analyze what’s popular in the Deli to determine the right quantities of ingredients to buy. This helps us eliminate waste and ensure we’re providing a healthy, diverse offering at every meal.

DONATE USED FOOD

MAKE SURE TO RECYCLE & COMPOST

MAKE SURE TO RECYCLE & COMPOST

We aim to recycle as much waste as possible and at our European HQ. We ensure that all grab-and-go containers and flatware used in our Deli are compostable. All materials used at our printing stations are fully recyclable & a no glass policy is maintained throughout our buildings.

USING REAL DISHES & SILVERWARE

USING REAL DISHES & SILVERWARE

At our European HQ we use non-disposable dishes & cutlery. We have installed kitchenettes on each floor of the building so that dishes & cutlery can be washed reducing the use of disposable products.
