We have state of the art Distribution Centres in various locations throughout the world. Europe is covered from our 150,000 sq. ft Distribution Centre in Slough, which was opened in August 2008. The Americas is covered by our Distribution Centre in Bloomington, Illinois and the APAC region is supported by our Distubution Centre in Hong Kong. With capabilities to process up to 100,000 orders a day and warehousing capacity to distribute up to 50 million handsets annually, distribution is the heart of our business.
All of our Distribution Centres have the latest state of the art technology installed which has significantly improved the level of service we are capable of providing to our customers on an international scale. We are experts in advanced reverse logistics and managing whole life product solutions for technology and retail supply chains. Our fleet of services include a ‘first in class’ reverse logistics management solution including repair, warranty management and environmental disposal.

Kitting & Fulfilment – from a software flash to repackaging, product bundling and direct fulfilment next day to anywhere in the world. Reverse logistics, advance replacement, handset programming are all services on offer from Data Select.
Recycling – providing not only a recycling solution for the safe and environmentally friendly removal of old devices, in addition Data Select’s recycling solution is a profit generator for our customers. Our recycling solution is available to all customers who want to create a bespoke service.

The Data Select Marketing Department operates a complete agency service, offering Graphic Design, Copywriting, Project Management, Product Development, PR, Promotions, Branding, Event Management and Packaging solutions to both customers and suppliers.
Set up in 2007 Data Select’s Platinum Club was the industry’s first partner programme and remains unrivalled in servicing the biggest names in telecoms with critical business information and marketing support. Strategic insight, product roadmaps, 3 partner conferences a year, consistent pricing and bespoke marketing support all come as standard for our Platinum Club accounts. In 2013 alone, Platinum Club members received over 100 manufacturer training sessions, 300+ sample and loan handsets, 100+ bespoke graphic design requests, 200+ review meetings and 100+ bespoke promotions. £Millions of marketing support are passed directly from manufacturers and networks to customers drive handset sales through marketing activities each year.
SALES SUPPORT TEAMS THAT PUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST
The Sales Support team provide a onestop shop for all sales channels. Our job is to ensure a seamless process for all our customers from pre to post sale (including reverse logistics). We resolve all queries and eventualities in an expedient and professional manner. The team is friendly and customer focused, providing reporting, tracking services and any other administrative functions.
We provide comprehensive support for all our clients, including end-user/account specific phone lines for support calls and bespoke returns and fulfilment packages.
WE DON’T JUST SELL, WE BUY
The trade for smartphones is not limited to new devices, there are millions of used, refurbished, broken and obsolete devices which all have a value.
The Asset Management Department within Data Select has been established to maximise revenues from used devices. Whether that is our own stock or our partners, our extensive network of traders, resellers, recyclers and breakers ensure that we extract every penny of value from the device. Our unique position as a distributor enables Data Select to evaluate products and determine the sales channels which realise the highest return, to the extent where if that means refurbishing the device prior to sale, we will.
We are aware that our partners may have used or returned devices they need to dispose of, or in turn may have a need for refurbished products. Alternatively, they may need to buy back a fleet of devices in order to win a contract. We can help. Whether buying or selling used devices, the Asset Management Team are there to manage the full lifecycle of your asset.
